Debalina had started her carrier in Ananda Bazar Patrika with a Knowledge of Hard Core Computer Development. In the year of 2000, she met with her real visions of Life when she got an unexpected call from Director Rituparno Ghosh to Assist him in his Feature Films. Apart from assisting Mr. Ghosh She has been associated indifferent kinds of Cinema and Television Programs for the last 15 years as the Creative Head or Programme Designer or Creative Producer.

She started her carrier in Advertisement Film making with the Association of Director Pradeep Sarkar. Debalina has also been associated with the Renowned Quiz Personality & KBC Producer Mr. Siddharth Basu for a long time. She has also successfully launched her own production house SARANGSH MEDIA PVT. LTD. BENGALITEZ started & expanded in last 3 years in Bengal.
